Shipping policy

Items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of order being placed and payment being made. Parcels will be sent via a standard service with PostNL.

**PLEASE NOTE - Mugs are dispatched direct from an external supplier. If you ordered alongside other items from the shop that aren't mugs, these will come separately. Mugs are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail standard delivery.

Items will be shipped to the address given at the time of order- please ensure this is correct.

International shipping - Our international parcels are sent by a PostNL International Standard service, which is the most cost effective for buyers. This service does not come with tracking details, however if you would prefer a tracked service you can select this at checkout.

For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch.

For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch.

Please note I am not responsible for customs delays or charges. Please also note that some countries, such as Australia, have stricter import policies than others and may include restrictions on some wooden items. Should your item be held or destroyed by customs I cannot take responsibility.
