Shipping and General Information
Items will be dispatched within the current turnaround time stated in the banner across the top of the home page - please check this when ordering, as these times can vary at busier or quieter times of the year. Parcels are dispatched from The UK and will be sent via Royal Mail.
Items will be shipped to the address given at the time of order - please ensure this is correct.
International shipping - Our international parcels are sent by Royal Mail. There are both standard and signed for options listed at checkout for UK destinations, for further afield only tracked shipping is available. Free worldwide tracked shipping is given with £200 spend.
For delivery within Europe, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch.
For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch (excepting Australia and NZ - please see current estimate at top of page)
Please allow for postage delays around holiday periods.
If you are making multiple orders you wish to have shipped together, please use code COMBINEMYSHIPPING on any additional orders after the first to prevent being charged multiple postage costs.
Please note I am not responsible for customs delays or charges - all fees and handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please also note that some countries, such as Australia, have stricter import policies than others and may include restrictions on some wooden items. Should your item be held or destroyed by customs I cannot take responsibility.
If for any reason your package arrives damaged by the postal service please photograph the product and packaging including any damage. I cannot submit a claim for damages without photographs showing how the package arrived.
Please be aware I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible when packaging items. The majority of standard size items will be sent in branded gift boxes. The boxes are FSC-certified and recyclable (same goes for business and care cards!) and 15% of the wood pulp is replaced with a by-product from corn production. Inside the boxes items are protected by wadding - this comes from the offcuts of a local furniture making company and are therefore saved from going into landfill. Non-standard size larger items, like some statement necklaces, will still come on (recyclable, sustainable) backing cards. items will say what packaging they come in on the listing. if you're unsure, please ask. Spare boxes can also be purchased in the shop.
Items are sent in rigid cardboard postal boxes can be recycled. Recyclable corrugated cardboard or biodegradable bubbe wrap is mostly used for protection in packages. Occasionally standard bubble wrap is used for delicate items where needed - This will have been recycled from materials packages I have received. If your order is over 6 items, please be aware it may be sent in a larger recycled box. I will always make sure that, even if recycled packaging is used, it is strong, sturdy and in great condition.
Please recycle or reuse your packaging on arrival where possible ♻
Items are fully photographed and described to avoid customers wishing to return. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
Should you still wish to return an item to us, buyers are liable to cover the return postage costs, and refunds will only be issued once items are returned to us in original condition.
Please note - custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
